Modiko® in Guadeloupe Islands

Three housing projects have been developed for the building of a residential complex in Guadaloupe Islands, the French territory in the Caribbean.
The architectures respect the culture, values and lifestyle of the inhabitants of the islands, and the models include a Modiko® four-sloped hip roof.
The roof, in these three models, has a 12-degree slope, but Modiko roof system allows a different angulation according to the architectural needs felt by the designer.
Modiko® sloped roof can integrate any covering solution, from the traditional ceramic tile to the modern composite materials.
